On this day we celebrated my sister's wedding to her new husband, Brian. Both Abby and Leah got to be Flower Girls in her wedding and they couldn't have been more excited. Despite the 98 degree weather, it was a beautiful day! The girls were absolutely gorgeous and made us so proud. They did a great job!
Leah's job was to drop the petals down the aisle. At the rehearsal she stopped short of the altar, so the day of the wedding I explained to her how she should go all the way up and that Brian would love for her to sprinkle some of the petals in front of him. This worked and got her to go all the way down the aisle. It also made for some cute entertainment and everyone got a kick out of it. Abby got to carry her first bouquet of flowers and walk down between Brian's two nephews.
