BE MINE!

This year, Abby got her first Valentine's Day gift from a boy in her class, Mason.  She tells us he likes her but she does not like him.  (Oh, and for the record...there is also a boy named Kyle who likes her, too.)  This year at the Valentine's Day party, as Abby and I were packing up all of her goodies, Mason "tossed" a box across the desk very lackadaisically. {Woohoo!  10point word!!)  He acted like it was no big deal and didn't really even acknowledge her opening it.  When Abby opened it, she found a heart necklace and matching earrings.  It was so sweet.  I think Abby was touched by the sentiment, but didn't really know how to react.
